Citibank Today’s Mortgage Rates Update
As is the case across the board with all major US lenders today, Citibank (NYSE:C) has some exceptional deals of offer across the board, many of which are at least hovering around the all time record lows recorded over recent weeks.
For those looking to Citibank to arrange a purchase deal for their new home, 30 year fixed rate terms are today being offered at 4.000% which amounts to an APR of 4.434%, while the popular 15 year terms for those looking to pay off their balance in a shorter period can expect to be offered the loans for 3.375% with a resulting APR of 3.670%.
There has also never been a better period to consider a refinancing deal with Citibank, with 30 year fixed term deals for refinance being advertised today at 4.000% with an APR of 4.434%. Those looking to save even more by choosing a 5 year fixed term refinance to pay off their balance can expect to pay 3.375% interest with a resulting APR of 3.670%.
Despite the fact that there are some of the best mortgage products ever seen doing the rounds across the US at the moment, the situation has done very little to spark any real interest in the housing market as a whole, particularly when it comes to purchase activity.
