Refinance deals at Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) today remained nearly unchanged and they are still available at favorable rates. The 30-year FRM package at Bank of America is now being offered for as low as 4.250% and an APR of 4.425%. The 15-year fixed rate deal can be picked up at a rate of 3.500% and an APR variable of 3.747%. For those who wants to save some serious money on their monthly installments may consider these deals.
The 7/1 ARM slightly increased since yesterday, as it’s now being offered for 3.500% and an APR amounting to 3.580%. The shorter 5-year adjustable rate mortgage can be taken home for 3.000% and an APR yielding to 3.388%.
