Details of HTC Ruby / Amaze 4G Leaked Online
Following the global release of the HTC Sensation back in May and the US launch in June, HTC is once again making the headlines with another flagship device of titanic proportions – namely the HTC Amaze 4G – aka the HTC Ruby.
According the latest reports citing the ever-present rumor mill as a key source, the new HTC Ruby/Amaze 4G will sport a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8 megapixel camera, 4.3 inch qHD touchscreen, 1GB of dedicated RAM and the latest version of the Google Android OS – backed by the HTC Sense UI.
The latest leaks appeared just before the launch of the US version of the Samsung Galaxy S2, which is the flagship Smartphone of the carrier and is set to take the US by storm as of September 16th. As it stands, the S2 is currently considered the very best Android Smartphone on the market, surpassing the previous HTC flagship – the HTC Sensation.
Both the S2 and the Sensation offer almost identical power courtesy of a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, with equally impressive displays.
If the latest rumors are to be believed, the new HTC Ruby will essentially be the next generation version of the Sensation, sporting similar under the hood specs and a potentially improved screen resolution.
