Galaxy Nexus Prime is Coming – Full Specs Leaked
As most of us already knew to one extent or another, the Google Galaxy Nexus Prime is well and truly on the horizon. Not the biggest news in its own right therefore, but the recently leaked information from Verizon Wireless also goes on to include a full rundown of the specs we can expect the mighty Nexus Prime to boast, which is of course far more exciting to say the very least.
The latest insights have suggested that the new powerhouse from the two companies will be launching as early as November 10th, with an official announcement expected to be made at a press even on October 19th. All eyes are therefore on Hong Kong for the official product update, but in the meantime the smoking gun from Verizon may have provided us with all we really needed to know.
According to the well-weighted report, the Nexus Prime will be shipping complete with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, measure in at 9mm thick, boast a superb 4.65 inch Super AMOLED HD curved glass screen, 1.2GHZ dual-core processor, 1GB of Dedicated RAM, 5 megapixel digital camera, 1080p HD capture support, Wi-FI, NFC and a massive 1,750 mAh battery.
Or, to sum it up in another way for those not so technically minded, the Nexus Prime will be of the caliber required to rival the iPhone 4S, in some cases offering inclusions Apple are yet to catch up with, such as NFC. However, with 4 million iPhone 4S devices having sold within 3 days of launch, it is unlikely that Apple will really be losing any sleep over any device at this stage.
