An agreement has been reached between FC Barcelona and AC Milan that will move Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Milan according to Italian media informations.

Mediaset reported that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will continue his career in the Italian club.  According to the source Milan will pay 6 million euros to the Swedish striker and Barcelona will supplement the rest of his payment.

It’s been reported that Milan’s Champions League involvement played a big role in Ibrahimovic’s decision.

Mediaset’s information should be taken seriously because the company was founded by AC Milan’s owner, Silvio Berlusconi.

In the past the Swedish striker has played in Juventus and local rival Inter too before he signed to Barcelona last summer. Interestingly, the two clubs are going to play a match against each other on Wednesday.

„Zlatan is very happy to sign to Milan, especially that the team will play in Champions League this year. It was an important factor in his decision” – Mediaset reported.

Milan’s managing director, Adriano Galliani admitted in a statement that the club will try to sign the world class striker and the management of the two clubs will have a meeting on Wednesday.
