iPhone 5 Release Date – AT&T Remains Carrier of Choice
With the iPhone 5 release date still remaining the most elusive of all in the history of Smartphones, it is of course back to the rumor mill to help keep us ticking over with educated guesses and the occasional elaborate work of fiction. However, what seems to have been agreed by all parties is that AT&T currently seems to be the very best carrier of choice for iPhone users across the board, meaning that when the iPhone 5 eventually does see the light of day, AT&T are unlikely to miss a beat.
Indeed, despite many other carriers now offering the iPhone, the share of the market held by AT&T is said to remain unscathed.
It had been widely expected that when availability increased, many iPhone fanatics would jump ship and consider the other options available to them – though this has proved not to be the case.
AT&T have stated that their ongoing relationship with Apple is one of incredible strength and positivity, which of course means that the carrier will likely play a hugely significant role in the release of the iPhone 5 – particularly as the upcoming device is rumored to be 4G LTE compatible.
