Mortgage Rates Today at CitiBank, SunTrust and PHH Mortgage
Citibank (NYSE:C) one of the nation’s biggest mortgage lenders is quoting just 4.25% today for the standard 30 year fixed rate loan. The loan requires 0.375 points and yields an APR of 4.444%. 15 year fixed-rate loans at the bank are 3.375% today with 0.500 points and an APR of 3.745%.
Mortgage rates for refinancing existing loans at Citibank are the same as those for home purchase loans quoted above. 30 year fixed rates are 4.25% and 15 year fixed rates are 3.375%.
SunTrust is quoting 30 year fixed conventional mortgages at 4.125% today with an APR of 4.248%. 30 year jumbo fixed loans are 4.875% with a 4.987% APR. The FHA version of the 30 year fixed loan is just 4.00% but has an APR of 4.934% due to the additional fees involved in an FHA loan. 15 year fixed conventional loans at SunTrust are 3.25%with APRs of 3.477%.
Adjustable rate mortgages at the bank start at 2.625% for five-year loans and 2.99% for seven-year loans.
PHH Mortgage is quoting four year fixed rate conventional loans at 4.94%. 30 year fixed-rate loans at the bank are 4.22% with an APR of 4.41%. 25 year fixed-rate loans are also 4.22% with a slightly higher APR of 4.439%.
20 year fixed-rate loans at PHH Mortgage are 3.84% with a 4.099% APR. 15 year fixed-rate mortgages at the bank are 3.33% with a 3.657% APR. And 10 year fixed-rate mortgages are 3.25% with a 3.696% APR.
