fr home Mortgage Rates Today: PNC Bank Heading for Week Long Value Once AgainMinor fluctuations aside, PNC Bank (NYSE:PNC) is among countless major lenders today offering a range of excellent quality mortgage packages, with low interest rates similar to those seen across the course of the last week or so.

As of today, 30 year fixed rate home purchase packages are being offered by PNC for 3.875% and APR of 4.046%, while the 15 year alternative remains exceptionally competitive at 3.250% and APR of 3.453%.
Shorter 10 year home purchase terms are being offered at a fixed rate of 3.250% and APR of 3.333%, while the 20 year package on the other hand is now at 3.750% and APR of 3.927%.

With regard to refinance options, the popular 30 year fixed rate package is today being advertised for 4.625% and APR of 4.671%, along with the excellent 15 year refinance loan which can be locked in for as low as 4.000% and APR of 4.113%.

Once again, there is no telling how much longer the low rates can possibly hold out or indeed which direction they may go over the weekend, though for today at least there is still ample opportunity for borrowers in huge numbers to lock in quite stunning deals.
