The FHA fixed 30 year deal at can today be secured for 3.750% with an APR of 4.315%, while the 15 year FHA fixed term is now at 3.250% with an APR of 3.946%.
Those interested an adjustable terms can today find the 3 year ARM with a starting rate of 2.375% which amounts to an APR of 3.481%, while the 5 year ARM is now at 2.500% with an APR of 3.368%.
As can clearly be seen be the deals offered today at US Bank, the concerns raised earlier last week in relation to a rally of minor rises see, to once again have been quashed.
