PNC Mortgage Rates: Friday Deals for Home Purchase and Refinance
The vast majority of the week has seen little to no movement in overall mortgage rates, with Friday once again seeing PNC Bank (NYSE:PNC) and others providing some excellent deals. However, with minor though continuous rises expected over the coming days and perhaps even weeks, would-be borrowers unable to commit to a decision are once again being reminded that procrastination could be costly.
On the matter of home purchase mortgage rates, PNC is this morning offering the 30 year fixed rate package at 3.875% and APR amounting to 4.406%, while 15 year deals on the other hand can be locked in for 3.250%, yielding an APR of 3.416%
The increasingly popular 10 year term on the other hand can be taken on for 3.250% and APR of 3.254%, while the 20 year term is now being advertised for 3.750% and APR of 3.913%.
Refinance options are also showing continued strength, with the 30 year term available at a fixed rate of 4.125%, yielding an APR figure of 4.306%, while those looking to see their balances cleared in 15 years can do so with a locked in rate of 3.250% and APR of 3.577%.
With stability predicted to return to numerous economic situations, all predictions from this week forward are of continual minor rises away from the recent all time lows.
