Toyota’s 2012 Camry Once Again Delivers a Competitive Choice
Toyota is launching their 2012 Camry. Since the last few years have been weaker, they have invested in some key changes with their new 2012 Camry to try to gain back their number 1 spot. Toyota starts with its base of always providing a safe, reliable and economic car and adds some great fuel efficiency and some comforts in the interior.
The new Camry will be more comfortable and will even include Entune, a voice recognition system for all the entertainment on board. New softer materials help to make the inside more comfortable, while with the new Entune you can even get an app that will link it to your smartphone.
With 25/35 mpg fuel efficiency, it is the best on the market in its class. Even though the size of the car looks fairly similar to last year’s model it is far lighter than the previous models. This decrease in weight has helped with better miles per gallon of gas, both in the city and on the highways.
There are 3 versions of the Camry. A 4-cylinder, V-6 or the hybrid. The hybrid has improved significantly over previous models and has an average of 41mpg. They are using a larger 2.5 liter gas engine. Again, like the other versions there are not many visible differences on the outside but inside has many nice upgrades from the older version.
