Reports say that both Virgin Mobile and Bell already have the Samsung phone up for pre-order in their websites.

The bad news for those who want to get the Samsung Galaxy Nexus from Virgin Mobile is that only members will be able to reap the benefits of the no-term contract on the carrier’s SuperTab plans.

Additionally, members can choose from the carrier’s range of data, talk and text subscriptions that best fit their needs. According to reports, other exclusive benefits will be disclosed by the network provider soon making it impossible for non-members to get the best subscription possible.

For its Canadian release, insiders say that the Nexus prime will not feature any changes and will bear the same specifications as the units released in the United Kingdom recently.

The specs include the 720p HD Super AMOLED 4.65 inch display, multi touch capabilities and of course the rather popular Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The phone also sports a powerful dual core processor (1.2GHz) as well as 1GB of RAM along with other features.
