p129 feb internals 008 300x225 Wednesday A.M Mortgage Rates: Citibank Rates Holding Steady Across the BoardCitibank (NYSE:C) has spent the vast majority or recent days and weeks surprising us all with some incredibly strong mortgage rates and packages across the board, with this Wednesday morning bringing much of the same. Today once again sees a range of incredible home purchase and refinance deals from Citibank, which in most cases have shown little to no movement – a negative thing by no means given the near record lows displayed across the board so far this week.

First looking at some of the better examples of home purchase loans on offer from Citibank, Wednesday morning sees the 30 year fixed rate purchase loan now being offered for a rate of 4.000% and an APR figure of 4.343%, while those looking for the 15 year loan will of course find it here, today carrying a rate of 3.250% and yielding an APR of 3.844%.

Borrowers looking to refinance will naturally find themselves equally well catered to, with the standard 30 year fixed rate refinance package now being offered for 4.000% and an APR figure of 4.343%, while the shorter 15 year term can be taken out and locked in for as low as 3.250% and an APR amounting to 3.844%.

Once again, borrowers are being reminded to consider the fact that the current situation will not last forever and indeed a series of rises is expected in the future, though with international concerns continuing to point to investor uncertainty in certain influential areas, the stage appears to be set for at least one more week of truly epic bargains.
