Wells Fargo Current Mortgage Interest Rates Today
While many of the nation’s biggest lenders are below 4% today for the 30 year fixed rate loan, Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) is quoting 4.125%. The loan has one origination point and an APR of 4.307%. Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) is quoting just 3.875%, while PNC Mortgage has a 3.75% rate today. Chase Bank is on the other end of the spectrum at 4.25%.
Wells Fargo’s FHA version of the 30 year loan is 3.875% with a 4.839% APR. The jumbo 30 year quote is much higher at 4.625%.
The 15 year loan at Wells is 3.25%, competitive with BoA which is also at 3.2% and much better than Chase’s 3.875%.
Adjustable rate loans at the bank are competitive with 5 year ARM’s at 2.50%. FHA 5 year ARMs are 2.875% and jumbo 5 year ARMs are 3.00%.
Refinance mortgage interest rates are higher with the 30 year fixed rate loan at 4.25% and an APR of 4.639%. The FHA version is 3.875% with a 4.51% APR.
15 year refi loans at Wells Fargo are 3.375% with a 3.893% APR. 5 year ARMs are 2.625% and FHA 5 year ARMs are 2.875%.
