Wells Fargo Refinance Mortgage Interest Rates Today
Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) is today offering mortgage rates similar to the nation’s other major lenders, which are a little up over those of last week but largely unchanged from yesterday. The 30 year fixed-rate term now rests at 4.375% with an APR of 4.559%. The popular 15 year fixed-rate loan for home purchase is at 3.375% with a 3.691% APR. 30 year fixed-rate FHA loans remain at the same 4.250% with an APR of 5.251%.
Jumbo five-year ARM options today sit at 3.000% to start, while the normal five-year ARM is available at 2.625%.
For larger loan amounts in eligible areas, Wells Fargo is offering rates in a similar region to those for standard home purchases. 30 year fixed-rates are set at 4.375% yeilding an APR of 4.508%. Jumbo 30 year fixed loans are slightly down at 4.625% carrying an APR of 4.760% APR.
Five-year ARMs for purchase remain at the same 2.625%, with five-year FHA ARMs at 3.250%.
Those looking to refinance can expect to 30 year fixed terms to be offered at 4.35% with an APR of 4.766%, while 15 year fixed refinance terms are at 3.375% yielding an APR of 3.893%.
While refinance applications continue to flood it at all time record rates, many bank across the US are finding that the low mortgage rates are having little to no effect on the number of new buyer applications – which are in some cases declining.
