Wells Fargo Refinance Mortgage Rates Still Competitive Today
Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) is one of the nation’s biggest mortgage brokers. The closely watched 30 year fixed-rate loan for refinance quote from Wells is 4.375% today. The loan has one origination point and an APR of 4.766%. The 30 year FHA version of the loan is lower still at 4.00% and an APR of 4.646%.
At Bank of America the 30 year refi loan is higher at 4.50% with the APR comes in at approximately the same level of 4.705%.
15 year refinance deals at Wells Fargo start at 3.625% with an APR of 4.146%. The equivalent Bank of America offering is quite a bit higher at 3.875% with an APR of 4.211%.
Five-year ARMs for refinance start at 2.875% at Wells. FHA ARM five-year loans are 3.125%. Bank of America is again quite a bit higher for conventional five-year ARMs. It is quoting 3.25% today.
While refinance mortgage interest rates remain at very aggressive and competitive levels, few people are taking advantage of them.
