galaxy note21 Will Samsung Galaxy Note Make Its US Debut Soon? For European customers, the Samsung Galaxy Note has been a hit since its October 2011 German release. However, the device has yet to see a US release date – we all know it will come in 2012 through AT&T, but when? The waiting game may soon be over if a manufacturer’s rumor is to be believed.

The source had actually made the announcement prior to the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), where the Galaxy Note was one of the many gadgets previewed. While reports are not specific about dates, they predict an ‘early 2012 release date’ for the Galaxy Note, which is indeed not too far away.  The Galaxy Note has already passed FCC standards and is capable of an impressive enough 21 Mbps connection speed for UMTS/HSPA+.

The Galaxy Note has a variety of different features that provide users with the “best of both worlds”, seamlessly combining tablet and smartphone characteristics. Its 5.3-inch Super AMOLED HD screen is somewhere between tablet and handset-size, and many have mentioned the interactive S-Pen as one of the most unique and innovative features found in any electronic gadget nowadays.

Front and back cameras are available, with the rear camera (8 megapixels) the more powerful among the two. Android will be powering the Galaxy Note, however, the device will still be using the older 2.3 Gingerbread platform. It is believed the Galaxy Note will feature a  different processor than the one found underneath European versions.

AT&T has not yet provided an official price range for would-be buyers, just as they remain mum with regard to the official release date.
